Sophie Dumont nous plonge dans une bibliothèque abstraite dans des tons de verts , ponctués de quelques livres rouges et nuances pastel. Cette composition à l'huile et au couteau offre une expérience visuelle envoûtante, où chaque coup de pinceau semble narrer une histoire.

À travers "Les Archives", Sophie Dumont nous invite à voyager à travers les siècles, de la Renaissance au XXe siècle, à travers les pages des livres. Les ouvrages, bien que stylisés vers une abstraction géométrique, évoquent un imaginaire fertile, où le spectateur est convié à explorer cet univers de savoir et de fiction.
